SALON INFORMATION
In July 2006, Herbert moved the salon into a multi-million pound state-of-the-art building in the centre of Liverpool's thriving city centre. Known as the 'Bling Bling' Building, it houses Herbert's Celebrity Salon and the Training Centre.
